• Depart from Pennsylvania and travel to beautiful Bretton Woods, NH. Upon arrival, enjoy a delicious dinner in the Main Dining Room of the Omni Mount Washington Hotel. Later, a local guide leads a tour of the grand resort, steeped in history and luxury since 1902.

 

Cog Railway, Tree Farm, & Holiday Festivities

• Begin the day with a journey to the Base Station of the Mt. Washington Cog Railway. Explore the museum before boarding a biodiesel-powered train for a round-trip ride to Waumbek Station. Take in stunning views, gather around the fire pits, and sip hot refreshments at the warming huts.

• Later, return to the resort for an elegant buffet lunch, followed by a visit to The Rocks Estate Christmas Tree Farm. Enjoy a horse-drawn wagon ride, learn about New Hampshire tree farming, shop at the Christmas gift shop, and choose your own fresh holiday wreath to take home.

• In the evening, enjoy dinner on your own at the hotel and participate in a Very Merry Holiday Activity—such as cookie decorating or ornament making.

 

Christmas Cards & Fireside Feast

• After a leisurely breakfast, head to Bethlehem, NH, where you'll visit the famous Bethlehem Post Office to send your pre-written Christmas cards—postmarked with the beloved holiday stamp from the "Christmas City."

• Wrap up the tour with the Original Fireside Feast at the historic Salem Cross Inn in Massachusetts. Watch as prime rib roasts slowly over an open hearth, while you relax by a crackling fieldstone fireplace—a cozy and delicious conclusion to your festive escape.
